Affiliate Program Overview
The Digital 2Moro Affiliate Program is designed to reward individuals and organizations that introduce qualified business opportunities to Digital 2Moro. Through this program, approved affiliates and referral partners can earn commissions by connecting prospective clients with Digital 2Moro's services, solutions, and expertise.
The program is intended to create mutually beneficial relationships where affiliates help organizations discover Digital 2Moro's capabilities while receiving compensation for successful referrals that result in revenue-generating client engagements.
Unlike traditional one-time referral programs, Digital 2Moro's model is designed to encourage long-term collaboration. Eligible affiliates may receive commissions for up to twelve (12) months following a referred client's initial paid engagement, allowing partners to participate in the ongoing success of relationships they help create.

- No upfront participation fee is required.
- Applies to approved Digital 2Moro service offerings.

Digital 2Moro reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

Digital 2Moro may restrict participation by individuals or organizations involved in fraudulent activities, deceptive marketing, spam, intellectual property violations, regulatory breaches, unethical business conduct, or other activities that may negatively impact clients or the Digital 2Moro brand.
Referral Qualification Rules
Not every introduction automatically qualifies for commission eligibility. To ensure fairness and prevent duplicate claims, Digital 2Moro applies qualification and attribution rules that determine whether a referral is eligible for commission payments.
A referral is generally considered qualified only when the affiliate is the original source of the business opportunity and the referred prospect becomes a paying client through a commercially successful engagement with Digital 2Moro.
- The referral must be submitted before Digital 2Moro establishes direct commercial engagement with the prospect.
- The referred organization must not already be an active Digital 2Moro client.
- The referred prospect must not already be in an active sales or proposal process with Digital 2Moro.
- The referral must contain sufficient information for evaluation and follow-up.
- The referred client must enter into a commercial agreement with Digital 2Moro.
- The client must make a successful payment for eligible services.
- The referral must comply with applicable laws and Digital 2Moro policies.
- The referral must not result from fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited marketing practices.
Referral attribution is generally valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date the referral is first submitted to Digital 2Moro. If a referred prospect does not become a client during the attribution period, Digital 2Moro may determine whether future engagements remain eligible for attribution.
Where multiple parties claim the same referral, Digital 2Moro reserves the right to determine attribution based on available evidence, referral timing, business records, communication history, and other relevant factors.
Commission Structure
Digital 2Moro offers one of the most generous referral structures within the digital services industry. Approved affiliates and referral partners may earn a recurring commission equal to twenty percent (20%) of qualifying net revenue generated from eligible referred clients.
The commission applies for the first twelve (12) months following the referred client's initial paid engagement with Digital 2Moro. This approach rewards affiliates for introducing long-term client relationships rather than simply generating one-time sales opportunities.

- Commission Duration: First 12 months of the referred client's commercial relationship.
- Revenue Basis: Actual payments successfully received by Digital 2Moro.
- Recurring Eligibility: Applies to qualifying recurring services during the commission period.
- No Commission Cap: No maximum earning limit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commissions are calculated on net revenue received and exclude taxes, government fees, chargebacks, refunds, disputed payments, pass-through expenses, third-party costs, and amounts that are invoiced but not collected.
Commission Payment Terms
Commission payments are generally processed on a monthly basis after Digital 2Moro has successfully received payment from the referred client and completed any applicable verification, reconciliation, fraud review, or compliance procedures.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that payment details, tax information, banking information, and any required documentation remain accurate and current. Failure to provide required information may delay payment processing.

Digital 2Moro reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, offset, or deny commission payments where necessary to investigate fraud, resolve disputes, recover overpayments, address compliance concerns, satisfy legal obligations, or enforce program requirements.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee any minimum earnings, referral volume, commission amount, client conversion rate, or future business opportunity.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates represent an important extension of the Digital 2Moro ecosystem. As such, affiliates are expected to conduct themselves professionally, ethically, and in a manner that reflects positively on the Digital 2Moro brand. Participation in the Affiliate Program carries responsibilities that help protect clients, maintain trust, and ensure the long-term success of the partnership network.
