General Trademark Usage Principles
When referencing Digital 2Moro, use our marks in a way that is truthful, accurate, respectful, and not misleading. Your use should make clear that Digital 2Moro is a separate company and should not suggest that your product, service, company, website, event, course, content, or communication is owned, operated, endorsed, certified, sponsored, or approved by Digital 2Moro unless we have provided written authorization.
Your own brand, company name, product name, or service name should always appear more prominently than any Digital 2Moro reference. Digital 2Moro marks should be used only to identify Digital 2Moro or to truthfully describe a relationship, compatibility, integration, partnership, project, or service where such description is accurate.
- Be accurate: Use Digital 2Moro marks only to describe real relationships, services, integrations, or references.
- Be clear: Do not create confusion about who owns or provides your product, service, or content.
- Be proportional: Your brand should be more prominent than any Digital 2Moro mark.
- Be respectful: Do not use our marks in offensive, misleading, defamatory, or harmful contexts.
- Use proper form: Do not alter spelling, stylization, spacing, or visual identity elements.
- Include disclaimers: Where appropriate, state that your content or service is independent of Digital 2Moro.
- Ask when unsure: If a use is not clearly permitted, obtain written permission before proceeding.
A suitable disclaimer for independent third-party references may include: "This website, service, content, or material is independent of Digital 2Moro and is not authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or otherwise approved by Digital 2Moro Holdings LLC."
Referential Use of the Digital 2Moro Brand
You may use the Digital 2Moro name to truthfully refer to Digital 2Moro, describe your relationship with Digital 2Moro, identify Digital 2Moro as a service provider, reference Digital 2Moro work, discuss Digital 2Moro products or services, or indicate compatibility with Digital 2Moro systems where such use is accurate and not misleading.
Referential use must not imply that your organization, product, course, service, website, community, publication, event, or content is officially operated, endorsed, certified, sponsored, or approved by Digital 2Moro unless a written agreement permits that representation.
- Allowed: "Website designed by Digital 2Moro" where Digital 2Moro actually designed the website.

- Not allowed: "Digital 2Moro Agency" as the name of an independent business.
- Not allowed: Using the Digital 2Moro logo as your primary brand identity.
If you are referencing Digital 2Moro in a public-facing context, the reference should be clear, limited, accurate, and secondary to your own identity. When in doubt, include a clear disclaimer and avoid any language that suggests official affiliation.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Digital 2Moro Marks in any way that is false, misleading, confusing, deceptive, harmful, unlawful, or likely to suggest an affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, certification, partnership, or approval that does not exist. Unless Digital 2Moro has granted express written permission, you must not use the Digital 2Moro Marks in a manner that makes your business, product, service, event, community, website, application, publication, or content appear to be owned, operated, controlled, endorsed, certified, sponsored, or approved by Digital 2Moro.
