AI Inputs & Outputs
When using AI-enabled services, customers, users, or Digital 2Moro personnel may provide prompts, instructions, files, documents, code, images, business information, data samples, project requirements, or other materials for processing by AI systems. These materials are referred to as "Inputs." AI-generated responses, drafts, summaries, recommendations, code, designs, images, classifications, automations, or other generated materials are referred to as "Outputs."

- Context limits: AI systems may not fully understand legal, cultural, business, technical, or operational context.
Customers should avoid submitting sensitive, confidential, regulated, or highly restricted information into AI systems unless such use is expressly authorized, appropriate for the selected tool, and aligned with applicable privacy, security, and contractual requirements.
AI Limitations & Risks
AI systems are powerful tools, but they are not perfect. Outputs may appear confident, polished, or detailed while still being inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, unsafe, or inappropriate for a specific use case. Digital 2Moro does not treat AI output as automatically correct, complete, legally sufficient, or production-ready.
AI systems may also be affected by limitations in training data, prompt quality, system design, third-party provider behavior, model updates, data availability, language context, and the complexity of the task being performed.
- AI outputs may contain factual inaccuracies or hallucinated information.
- AI-generated recommendations may not reflect current laws, market conditions, or technical realities.

More information is available in our Data & Privacy, AI Governance, and Vendor & Technology Partners pages.
AI Security & Governance Controls
AI introduces security and governance considerations that must be managed carefully. These may include data leakage, prompt injection, insecure generated code, unauthorized automation, over-permissioned integrations, unsafe tool access, model misuse, third-party dependency risk, and limited explainability.
Digital 2Moro applies governance and security controls to help ensure AI-enabled services are designed, implemented, reviewed, and operated responsibly. The specific controls used may depend on the nature of the AI feature, the sensitivity of the data, the risk level of the workflow, and the requirements of the customer engagement.
- Human review of AI-assisted outputs before client delivery or implementation.
- Security review of AI-generated code before use in production systems.
- Access controls for AI tools, prompts, files, and project workspaces.

- Periodic review of AI practices as tools, risks, and regulations evolve.
These controls align with our broader Security, Product Security, and Governance & Operational Security practices.
Intellectual Property Considerations
AI-generated or AI-assisted materials may raise intellectual property considerations relating to ownership, originality, licensing, third-party rights, training data, similarity of outputs, and the permitted use of generated materials. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI Outputs before using them in commercial, public-facing, legal, branded, or production environments.
Digital 2Moro may use AI tools to support drafting, design ideation, code assistance, documentation, research, and creative exploration. However, AI Outputs should not be assumed to be unique, exclusive, protectable, non-infringing, or suitable for trademark, copyright, patent, or commercial use without appropriate review.
- AI Outputs may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users.
- AI-generated content may require human editing to meet originality and quality expectations.
- AI-generated code may require review for licensing, security, and compatibility issues.
- AI-assisted designs may require review for brand distinctiveness and third-party rights.
- Customers should verify rights before using AI Outputs commercially.
- Customers remain responsible for final approval and use of AI-generated materials.
- Digital 2Moro may retain rights in its tools, workflows, methods, templates, processes, and pre-existing intellectual property.
- Customer ownership of deliverables may be governed by the applicable agreement or statement of work.
Additional guidance regarding trademarks and brand use is available in our Trademark Guidelines and Brand Assets pages.
Model Training & Data Usage
Digital 2Moro recognizes that customers may have concerns regarding how AI providers use information submitted through AI-enabled systems. The treatment of Inputs, Outputs, prompts, files, conversations, documents, code, datasets, and other materials depends on the AI tools, platforms, providers, configurations, contractual arrangements, and service plans being used.
Digital 2Moro seeks to use AI tools responsibly and, where practical, evaluates whether AI providers offer controls that restrict or prevent customer information from being used for model training. However, different AI providers may have different policies regarding data retention, training, improvement of services, and operational use of submitted information.
- Assessment of AI provider data handling practices.
- Consideration of model training and retention policies during vendor selection.
- Minimization of unnecessary submission of confidential information.
- Review of available enterprise, business, and privacy controls.
- Consideration of customer-specific contractual requirements.
- Protection of client-owned information through operational safeguards.
- Evaluation of AI provider commitments regarding data usage.
- Ongoing review of AI vendor policies as technologies evolve.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers should assume that third-party AI providers may process Inputs and Outputs according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and service configurations. Customers remain responsible for evaluating whether specific information is appropriate for submission to AI systems.
Additional information regarding third-party providers can be found on our Vendor & Technology Partners page.
Accuracy, Verification & Human Review
Artificial intelligence systems are designed to assist human decision-making, not replace it. AI-generated content, recommendations, code, designs, analyses, summaries, forecasts, classifications, and other Outputs should be treated as assistance tools rather than authoritative sources of truth.
AI systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete, biased, misleading, outdated, or fabricated information. Even highly detailed outputs may contain material errors that are difficult to identify without independent review. For this reason, Digital 2Moro emphasizes verification, validation, and human oversight as essential components of responsible AI use.
- Review AI-generated outputs before publication, deployment, or implementation.
- Validate factual claims using reliable independent sources.
- Test AI-generated code before use in production environments.
- Review AI-generated legal, financial, healthcare, or regulatory content with qualified professionals.
- Confirm business recommendations through appropriate decision-making processes.
- Evaluate outputs for fairness, bias, appropriateness, and quality.
- Review AI-assisted automations before activating operational workflows.
- Maintain accountability for final decisions and actions.
Digital 2Moro makes no guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, current, unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from errors. Customers are responsible for independently evaluating AI Outputs before relying upon them.
Human review becomes increasingly important when AI outputs may affect legal rights, financial outcomes, healthcare decisions, employment matters, educational outcomes, security controls, public communications, or other high-impact activities.
Compliance With Applicable Laws
Digital 2Moro seeks to use and deploy AI technologies in a manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, industry standards, and responsible governance practices. As AI-related legal frameworks continue to evolve globally, Digital 2Moro monitors developments and adjusts its practices where appropriate.
